The bathroom door was the most terrible one I've ever experienced for 4-star-hotel. The bedsheet and duvet were quite old. The breakfast was also terrible: Nasi goreng, kweetiao goreng and mee goreng were so oily and the most terrible one, the tissues on the table were ex of the last users. You can see the stain and dirty in the tissues which had been used by the last users. I don't think I will come back to stay in Bintang 4 rasa kaki 5 ☹.

First time staying and met our expectations about this hotel. Services were good. All staff were kind and helpful. Deluxe Room was spacious, equipped with wardrobe, working table and couch. Inside room provide water kettle, toiletries, complimentary mineral water bottles, tea-coffee. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Service Staff in the restaurant as well were polite and nice. We got free entrance and play on all rides in Trans Studio Garden. Recommended to stay again.
