Check in process was seamless. Building looks old but well maintained. Seems like they have lot of Japanese guests, lot of Japanese restaurant in the premise. Room was spacious and clean. Thumbs up. It sparks 5 star quality hotel.

I had the most pleasant stay here while I celebrated my Special Birthday with my family. Great service, Friendly Staff, Good ambience, it should be get more than 5 Star Hotel. Thank you for Mr.Andre Pradana as the Duty Manager of Ayana Midplaza Jakarta and also Ms.Arini as the Guest Relation Officer. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a very pleasant stay with Ayana, I went there for a weekend staycation with the family and we really love the facilities! Bedroom also quite spacious for us. Not to mention they have Hot Jacuzzi + cabana at the pool.

It was an awesome stay at this Ayana hotel. The service and hospitality were superb, the bedroom and bathroom very clean, and the meals are delicious. The location is strategic, near Setiabudi Astra MRT station, only 5 min walk.

Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.

in the basement there is a family mart if you want to shop for snacks. next to the hotel is citywalk

The luxury at its best. Classic and timeless. Even though when I walked to the receptionist, I need to pull my luggage myself. I see another guests do the same. Not something to be complain about, but when I went to Pu*l*and, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage when I proceed with my check in. But the waiter in Jimbaran Lounge (I forgot his name. Was it Eric? He was previously in Room Service), he was so friendly to us when we had our dinner there. However in general, Ayana is class.

Kids loved the family activity area so much. Can't beat refillable popcorn and wide screens. Breakfast was great and the pool area was very safe for the kids. One of our kids had an incident (not fatal) and the staff took care if it with great attitude.
