Even though this is an old hotel, but the Receptionist is welcoming to us and nice. Strategic location also. My room has upgrade into deluxe and got honeymoon room set. Next will stay again here 😊

I loved it here. just 10 minutes to the airports and near kuta beach. the services are excellent. I booked the room without bathtub without knowing and when I asked for an upgrade they readily gave me a new room (with a cheap add on price). very helpful staff, delicious meal, private plunge pool (which they readily clean whenever you asked to, thank you!!), hot water always on. thank you best western kuta villa. definitely come again if there's sale price from app😝

Far from expected, the floor of the room looked like it hadn't been swept when we first arrived. The plunge pool is being filled, it seems it was not prepared well before we arrived. Everything was not my expected due we came for Honeymoon, and my husband very disappointed and we decided to move starighraway to orher hotel. not recommeded.

First time we get the room. Rather far from the receptionist and the room is not to clean enough, and then finally i change the room in front off and i plus the money one night is 200.000 and than i must to pay again 600.000 couse i am still stay in Bali For 4 days 3 night. I choose this hotel couse not far away from airport but maybe one day will change the other hotel in Bali, but stay in here ya not so bad.

Old Hotel. The hallway to the room is quite scary, and many empty rooms are broken, unused, open. The shower leaks so when you use the shower, the water goes everywhere and floods downstairs. Luckily the bed is quite comfortable so you can sleep soundly. The TV is also old.

I stayed here for three nights. The location is great, and the accommodation has a unique concept, but the building feels old. A renovation would make it much better. The breakfast was not consistent. On Friday, February 21, I found it disappointing—the fried rice had no taste, and the baby potatoes seemed unseasoned. The only thing I liked was the chicken sausage. But on Saturday, February 22, the breakfast was great—the fried rice was tasty, the potato wedges were well-seasoned, and the fish satay was the best part. I hope they can keep the quality consistent. The service was excellent. All the staff, from the Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping to the gardener, were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Overall, I had a nice stay, but there is room for improvement to make it even better. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely.

The hotel staff is very nice, we arrived in Bali early at 12.30. And we were allowed to check in early without any additional charges after the room was available. FYI we got a free upgrade to a room with a private mini pool. The breakfast menu is also delicious and varied. Thank you Best Western!

The shower handle can't be used, check in took a long time to wait, when you arrive you have to hold the shower, the toilet jett spray/bidet leaks so the toilet floor is all wet even though it's not used The jett tube is just a mini swimming pool, initially when googling I thought the jett tube was like a jacuzzi but the water is normal so when you soak it it's cold The breakfast food needs to be improved in taste, the chicken in the soto tastes like it's about to go stale, especially the most basic one, the fried rice is still okay but very dry, the worst thing is the fried noodles are not only dry but also very oily

Hotel's location far from beach and main crowd, walking distance to Krisna & Joger and other souvenir shops which is a plus. Also just about +/-15 mins drive to the airport. Stayed at superior room, very spacious, cleanliness average (could be better), the glass door balcony seems broken cause its making some noisy noise when rain and strong wind and the bathtub clogged. Swimming pool's nice and clean. Breakfast's international standard, and okay, stayed for 2 nights but the variations doesn't change that much. But overall is okay.
