Even though this is an old hotel, but the Receptionist is welcoming to us and nice. Strategic location also. My room has upgrade into deluxe and got honeymoon room set. Next will stay again here 😊

I loved it here. just 10 minutes to the airports and near kuta beach. the services are excellent. I booked the room without bathtub without knowing and when I asked for an upgrade they readily gave me a new room (with a cheap add on price). very helpful staff, delicious meal, private plunge pool (which they readily clean whenever you asked to, thank you!!), hot water always on. thank you best western kuta villa. definitely come again if there's sale price from app😝

Great place to stay when there's a deal. They offered variety for breakfast food. We booked the villa with the kiddie pool. It was awesome but I wouldn't recommend booking it during rainy season. You won't be able to use the pool as much.

The hotel offers a great location with a pleasant environment. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. However, the open-style bathroom might come as a surprise to some guests. Additionally, the soundproofing of the doors could be improved, as the noise from doors slamming due to the wind can be quite disturbing.
The check-in process was unacceptably long. I arrived at 1:15 PM, completed the payment by 1:30 PM, yet only received my room at 3:00 PM after repeated complaints to the receptionist.
The pathway to the rooms felt unkempt, with a lack of maintenance in certain areas, which detracts from the overall experience.
The TV service in the room was poor and should be upgraded to digital channels for a better viewing experience.
The breakfast selection was decent and offered variety, though the taste could still be improved.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, attention to detail in service, cleanliness, and amenities is needed to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel pictures in advertising are deceptive the picures are when it was new now sadly its outdated old bathroom fittings are old and tarnished the rooms were not what I was expecting very small and shower is outdoors in the rain along with plunge pool which had old cracked tiles empty and full of leaves sharp edge broken tiles would give serious cuts when you step on them in plunge pool which is just dirty Bali tap water filling it up not on a pump with filters no wonder I am still suffering from Bali belly would not recommend this one whole place needs a referb to meet its star rating its old and sad.
