We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at the hotel. Room was great with good size and all amenities one needs. Housekeeping went the extra mile to accommodate our request. Great breakfast buffet for this type hotel. Only slight issue was street noise but it was still acceptable.

Great experience for staycation. Get a free dinner when there is a ramadhan event. Pool is good also and the staff are nice and friendly. Near KFC, Starbucks and another food outlet.

hello!! actually I was hesitant and hesitant to stay here, cuz when I read some of the reviews....... not so impressive, I'l put it that way. I mean, this is a 4 stars hotel (5, in the app. lol) with reviews that I think are a bit weird, it would be a waste of money :/ but heeeyyy I was really in a pinch because I booked the wrong room at the hotel next door lol so I ended up staying at The Hive.
overall, 9/10 (score without food), according to the price. the room is clean, quite spacious, comfortable. the bathroom is also not bad. the housekeeping staff was sooo nice :D however, the other staffs I encountered weren't very helpful lol but then again, I asked them at night and early in the morning sjjshsh they're probably just tired so it's awkay.
anyway, the other details that I like about The Hive are its art lol. wall art, ceiling decor, lamps, everything is about hive—staying true to its name! I think it gives a personal and unique style without being too much (as attached in the pics).
oh yeah, one more thing. I thought the food court would be crowded but dang, it's really quiet with most of its tenants are closed :( fortunately the hotel location is strategic so we can go out to find food or go food.
thanks for the stay, Hive Team!! next time I want to consider a staycation in the corner suite because it looks awesome. hopefully, see you soon!

Basically, the kids and their mom and dad were very impressed staying here, we could check in early and the staff were friendly, it's just that the food menu might not suit our taste, but the menu is varied and the snacks are our favorites.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly but the room is sad. The worst experience if you find a hotel like this. There are already lots of mosquitoes. The room hasn't been cleaned, they said it was. Then you find evidence that there are tissues that haven't been cleaned, then that's it... And there's no hot water for bathing, so you're not happy. Try moving rooms, the results are better but there's still no hot water. Only 1 hour after moving, the problem occurs again. Suddenly the AC leaks. Oh, I thought it would be for a while, but it turned out the next day the floor was flooded with AC water. Wow, this is the worst experience.

Suhoor meal price,
Suhoor meal menu was not as much as breakfast meal menu, while the price of Suhoor meal was same as breakfast.
Suggestion, the price of meals at suhoor should be cheaper than breakfast.
Elevator/lift,
one from two lift wasn't running without clear information, so always queing.
suggestion, please put information in the lift that not running, so all guest could be understand.

actually i love the room, it's location but the breakfast menu is not much, limited quantity. the taste is just ordinary... the restaurant is not big enough and the entrance to the swimming pool is careful you might slip......
