When I arrived with a lot of stuff, there was no trolley attendant so I had to carry it myself to the 6th floor. I had already ordered it through an application that connected the rooms, but it turned out that the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors were separate.

The hotel location is very strategic, the staff is very friendly, when we checked in the room was upgraded from executive to junior suite, clean room with large bed, sofa and refrigerator. Large bathroom, there is a bathtub, in addition to general toiletries, there is also a hair dryer. In general, staying at Bisanta Bidakara can be said to be quite good, affordable prices and clean rooms, although the building is a bit old with a small elevator size, When we wanted to swim, it didn't happen because the pool was not clean, also the fitness equipment was not working. In our opinion, it is not suitable for a staycation. The main advantages are the very strategic location and very friendly staff, in general our assessment is actually only 7.5, but the structure and assessment parameters on Traveloka are not specific enough, for example combining activity choices with staff services, so choosing is difficult.
