Staying at bumi surabaya city resort issa great choice! Near from tp, located in the city center, good services, great food & restaurants, the cleanliness is very good. Even the atmosphere so nice, feel like not being in Surabaya, bcss in there are lots of trees in the hotel, the air is fresh and beautiful 🤩 highly recommended to staying at here! Soon I'll come back here again, super love <3

the staffs are very friendly and helping, room is not newly furnished but clean with complete equipment. Ordered additional breakfast when the price a bit pricey than the same-starred hotel but the food is delicious

phone in the room is broken, the door lock also can't work properly, especially the handle. and some issues about cleanliness for bedroom area.
hope that can be upgrade, this hotel is my favorite hotel, they serve the breakfast really perfect.

The food is not tasty, for a 5 star standard hotel the food is lacking in taste and variety and the presentation is not attractive, even small cockroaches can be seen in between the food tables served, a lot of food is finished but the refill is not fast enough. Want to take a salad, a lot of salad dressing is finished, already told the officer it took a long time to be filled, until finished eating there was still no dressing.

The atmosphere, staff, rooms and facilities were great. We like the room layout, chairs, desk etc, which felt very comfortable. The only critique I can make would be about their Gym facilities. The room had no air conditioning and felt quite dusty front office. The carpeted floors. The equipment was pretty old but still functional. We enjoyed the outdoor pool though.
