I recently stayed at Bumi Surabaya City Resort and was thoroughly impressed. Despite its long history, the hotel maintains incredibly high standards. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with ongoing development evident throughout. The lobby, in particular, has a delightful aroma. My room was spacious, especially the corner rooms, and impeccably clean. Amenities were complete, the AC was effective, and the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower. WiFi speed was adequate. My only minor quibble was that the AC in my room was directly facing the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable and potentially not ideal for health reasons. The service was exceptional; the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with a particular focus on Javanese cuisine. The taste was good, and the sheer number of options was impressive. The hotel boasts a fantastic pool complex with a large main pool, a children's pool, and a relaxing hot water pool. Parking is incredibly spacious, accommodating both motorcycles and cars. Finally, the location is incredibly strategic. Situated in the heart of the city, it's within easy reach of Tunjungan Plaza and provides excellent access to both West and East Surabaya. Overall, I highly recommend Bumi Surabaya City Resort. It's a fantastic hotel that seamlessly blends historical charm with modern comforts.

I left my facial wash and short pants in the room but they said there is nothing left in my room, so disappointing, HK should keep mu stuff on lost and found
