The hotel is located in a village, far from the hustle and bustle of Bukit Tinggi city, very comfortable for those who like to stay with a concept close to nature, and very fresh air, clean, spacious rooms, very tasty food, the distance to the Gadang clock is only +- 3km, great

Book a room on the spot. When I arrived in Bukittinggi in the afternoon via the Traveloka application. The order was very real time. When I called the hotel, it turned out that the order had been received. The staff was friendly, even the security was friendly, the food varied every day, except for fried rice, which seemed to be the main menu. A magnificent hotel that was once glorious in its time. The hot water worked well. The room was cleaned every day. The towels were replaced with new ones. There is a hot water dispenser that can be used in the restaurant. Satisfied staying here. Increasingly successful.

book a room on the same day as soon as you arrive in Bukittinggi in the afternoon via traveloka, a reliable application for traveling. Real-time online data to the hotel. Immediately served quickly and friendly. A beautiful old hotel, which still looks magnificent. Friendly staff service. Even the security is friendly. Some parts of the hotel need special care, major renovations. But it does not reduce our comfort. Stay for 3 days. The breakfast menu changes continuously. Except for fried rice which is always there. The papaya pudding is delicious. Can be used as a mainstay menu for dessert. Amenities are sufficient. But the towels are clean and always replaced every morning. As long as we let you know if we ask for cleaning every morning. Overall a pleasant experience while staying at Campago. More and more successful, yes.

Spacious room, clean, staffs serve well and friendly, the only drawback is at breakfast, breakfast time until 10.00, I arrived at 8.30, the food choices were all finished, there was only one staff serving, so when I asked for a refill it took a long time to come, in my opinion the food also lacks taste, the spoon is also not clean, hopefully there will be changes. 😊.

Requested for King size bed as lot of rooms were empty, They just gave excuse that all rooms are occupied. Only few couples stayed there. Breakfast on second day was served in room by cancelling the buffet type as only we were available. Breakfast was smelly & not as per paid charges. Not recommend to have food at hotel.

The hotel staff are all very friendly. The hotel building is nice, the atmosphere is comfortable, the view from the room is beautiful. There is a balcony. The food is quite varied. There is only one drawback. The mattress needs to be replaced because it is hard and not soft. I ordered a double bed mattress but was given a single bed mattress pressed together because they said there was no double bed mattress. That's all my input, hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel.

Kamar luas dan bagus, pemandangan indah hanya saja untuk sarapannya kurang bervariasi hanya nasgor dan lontong, proteinnya hanya telur omelet. Kolam renang tidak terawat, sayang sekali.

Karena hotel ini jauh dari pusat keramaian dan transportasi umum, agar dapat dibuat hiburan malam seperti organ tunggal atau karaoke agar tamu tidak suntuk menjelang tidur. Dan saran saya alas meja makan jangan hitam. Waktu menginap kita hanya wanita bertiga. Jadi agak sedikit ketakutan pada malam hari. Kamar kami di lantai 2 dan melewati ruang makan. Hotel sepertinya perlu renovasi dan pembaharuan agar terkesan cerah. Kalau bisa dibuat juga kolam renang untuk dewasa, ruang bilyard. Agar tamu ada kegiatan di malam hari.
