Clean, spacy room and strategic location.

Overrated with its score, for a hotel in its class. First: I entered the hotel only provided 1 big towel without amenities even though the book was for 2 people. Second: the condition of the room the door handle next to the mini fridge was broken and the water faucet on the shower water faucet was leaking and dripping and there was no feedback even though it had been reported to the receptionist and they said I had to wait for a technician tomorrow at 9 am but no technician came at all even though it was useless with my condition who had trouble sleeping the night before because of that problem. Third: the internet/wifi was very very slow almost inaccessible and only 1 account could be accessed while 1 access for my wife could not be used. Fourth: the quality of the AC was not good, the AC seemed to like to turn off and on suddenly so that the temperature was unstable. Fifth: the walls in the room were very thin so that it could be heard every time the guest next door turned on the TV or the water made a whistling sound when it was turned on. The five points that I think must be considered for a hotel class above 200k besides the only problem of cleanliness and comfort of the items in the room that I can still understand. Honestly this is the most OVERATED hotel I have ever encountered! The only things I think are okay are the location and whether there is a lift.

We stayed on August 6-7, took 2 rooms with the children because we took my husband to get treatment at Siloam Hospital, the atmosphere was very calm, the room conditions were clean. The point is this hotel 👍.

I've often stayed here, overall it's okay, it's just that the TV broadcasts don't use digital TV, so when there's a football event, we can't watch it. Our suggestion is to try changing from a parabolic antenna to a digital TV antenna/stopbox.

The rooms are spacious, located in the city center and quite clean. Suitable for a family stay.

The staff is very friendly. For exhibitions, bring lots of cardboard and you can put it in the lobby. If you meet the staff, they always say hello. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, the AC is cold, there are dispensers on every floor, there are lots of people selling food near the hotel so you don't have to worry about finding food 😀 very satisfied 👍🙏🏼.
