During my recent trip, I booked a stay at Grand Citihub Hotel @Kartini, drawn by its great location—close to the city center, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining options nearby. Checking in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities met expectations for a budget-friendly stay, with decent amenities available. However, the room comfort was lacking. The ambiance felt a bit dull, and the soundproofing was poor, making it hard to get a restful sleep with noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Cleanliness was another downside. While the common areas seemed well-maintained, my bedroom could have been cleaner, with noticeable dust and a less-than-fresh feeling in the linens. Overall, if location and budget are your priorities, this hotel is a reasonable choice. But if you value a quiet, spotless room, you might want to consider other options.

The staff was very helpful to us. The only thing that need it to fix is their parking spot, too crowded.

only minus the breakfast no one monitor the food till finish need to inform staff & also maybe most of the staff is trainee i & my partner came no one taking order.In the end the order i wait timsum for 20min never come.I ask the staff just to deliver at my room but still never come.

The pool and sauna were great. Most of the guests were out, so I kind of had them privately. Located in the city center, it's a bit pricey compared to other hotels nearby. Bed was OK, AC & water heater worked fine. Wi Fi was weak, we never watched TV so it didn't bother whatever channel displayed. Staffs were friendly.
