The price affordable, the room was clean, but the bathroom transparant, suggest to close the the glasses.

The staff was very helpful to us. The only thing that need it to fix is their parking spot, too crowded.

The hotel not recommended to stay, room and toilet dirty. I am suggest not stay this hotel. Can find other hotel low. More clean and this hotel. Request room twin bed. Stayed to this hotel with my family and it was good and decent one.

Our stay in hotel should be really pleasant, the room was nice and clean, the food was tasty and good. Unfortunately it was ruined by the desk service. The process of check-in and check-out took so long, not a good reflection of hotel that claimed as 4-stars hotel. I did wait almost 30 minutes during check in, just behind one person. The desk man took so long in handling the process. And when we checked out, it was a total mess. Many people were gathering in the lobby waiting to be called during check-out because they did the room-checking before they letting people away, but it took so so long. Waiting for an hour (and more) just for checking out and almost missed my flight.
