Cheap Hotels in Pematangsiantar

Good location, food is not taste good I order for satay, and pasta is so bad

Travel with family, Location is good, have been stay here several times, front desk staff very helpful when i was check in , cause i need to change the room.

Only drink coffee only have Indonesian food.

Hotel is quite old. Even we asked for hair dryer, the hotel can't provide us.

When I came there, nothing good service in operator and the number of application in map no good, it is very bad for customer so I had to move the hotel to take rest.

I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.
