One night family vacation, very satisfied, complete facilities, there is a waterpark, playground, the family is happy.

Ac is not cool & leaking heavily (almost slipped), toiletries must be requested, toilet tissue is dirty and seems used by previous tenants. Breakfast is downgraded into ala carte due to lack of tenant during our stay.

The hotel is quite kid friendly, lots of games. But you have to pay attention to cleanliness. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, the ground floor of the pool is dirty, the water also looks less clean, brownish yellow in color.

The mattress is hard, the place is very small. The bathroom is outside. Even though the price is decent.

Overall, the experience of staying here was quite good, but I was a little disappointed that the wifi couldn't be accessed from the start of check-in until check-out the next day. After contacting room service, they only answered that the internet network was busy because all the rooms were full. Just advise the hotel so that this doesn't happen again in the future because we as customers pay quite expensive prices. Just for comparison, the day before I stayed in an apartment in the city of Bandung, the price was 3x cheaper but the facilities I got were quite satisfying. Maybe that's my experience, hopefully it can be input for the hotel to make it better. Thanks.

Amazing location. Great facilities. The lack of room cleanliness. The cleanliness of the facilities including the swimming pool is somewhat poorly maintained. There is a play ground here as well as a poultry house and fish pond but yes it is a bit poorly maintained

Cool place, lots of facilities.

Many cottage facilities are damaged such as clogged sinks, hot water does not turn on at night, electrical plugs in the bathroom are loose from the wall so when turning on the hairdryer the cable is exposed, the bedside lamp is dead. The children's play area is not well maintained. Beyond my expectations, not in accordance with the price paid.

We stayed at Liz Tower with a capacity of four beds, but unfortunately the sheets and pillowcases seemed not to have been changed, there was a strong smell of body odor and cigarette odor so we asked for all the pillowcases and sheets to be changed, then the balcony was also very dirty, there were cigarette butts that had not been cleaned, it's a shame that the price is very expensive but the cleanliness and tidiness are not maintained, hopefully the cleanliness can be improved.

The place is nice, especially for the deluxe 4pax type, the car park is right in front of the room door, so it's nice to be able to get your dirty clothes straight into the car.

Why were the staff so sullen from the beginning? We checked in and were only given the key and not taken to the cottage or room, but for us who were staying here for the first time, it was a bit confusing and because we checked in at night, the room was very dark because we didn't know the position of the light switch and others, why didn't the security or restaurant waiter have a welcoming look? The hot water didn't turn on right away, we were told to shower for 15-30 minutes before the hot water turned on, what? Showering for 15-30 minutes? That's not wrong, just once and thank you.

I like the fresh air, there are quite a lot of food vendors, the pool is warm but the inside is mossy and not cleaned enough, please check the play area often because I'm afraid some of it is rotten, but overall the hotel is comfortable because it is an alternative close to Kena Putih and its surroundings.

The breakfast is quite simple, delicious and comfortable to eat, the place is clean, cool, beautiful view. The warm water pool is clean.

Saya bayar harga full dengan kondisi semua fasilitas bisa digunakan menurut petugas FO: Minus: 01. Kolam rendam buka sampai pukul 21.00 (meskipun bulan puasa) praktek nya jam 18.00 tidak ada orang dan gelap. 02. Kolam rendam airnya dingin bukan hangat apalagi panas seperti info di awal dari FO ketika saya bertanya via telpon maupun saat dateng langsung. 03. Resto buka sampai pukul 22.00 ternyata pukul 20.00 sudah tutup dan akhir nya pesan di resto apa itu lupa. 04. Air panas mandi tidak berfungsi dan saat panggil teknisi kami merasa disalahkan dengan jawaban teknisi-teknisiwah bapak terlalu lama hidupin air panasnya jadi habis stok-stoksaya jawab saya tidak lakukan itu. Dan akhirnya ada teknisi lain bantu Check mesin air panas di plafon. Ternyata ada error di mesin yang katanya baru. Saya diminta tunggu 30mnt spya panas. Kaki makan pagi dulu sekira 1,5jam. Balik kamar untuk mandi dan air panas masih tetap dingin. Info ke FO dan jawaban sama juga seolah kami yang salah. Akhirnya kami mandi dengan air yang ada saja. Setelah selesai mandi br ditawarkan mandi di kamar sebelah yang kosong. Untuk plus nya: 01. Petugas FO saat dateng sangat ramah dan membantu maaf saya lupa namanya. 02. Petugas FO saat CO saya lupa tanya nama mbaknya, ramah dan meminta maaf. 03. Rasa makanan lumayan aja. 04. Petugas Resto ramah dan baik juga proaktif. Secara tim ok secara fasilitas sangat tidak ok dan kapok.
