We really enjoyed staying here, great service and accommodation. The owner, especially the employee (Mr. Ayub), was really friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was very clean and smelled good, the mall was just down below, the pool was big and the kids enjoyed it very much. Would like to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for having us.

Location at Nerine Tower, 23rd floor. Security of the building is very good. Met the staff of Mr. Ricardo who gave me the key to the room. The key also functions as a passkey to enter the the tower's lobby and elevator. The AC was very cold (great), the balcony was good, the bathroom was clean and functional although there was no hot water. The staff also provided 1 towel. The stove was functional and cuttleries and cooking pots were also provided. The sink was also very good. Gas was provided as well. The bed, the pillows, bolsters, and bedcover was awesome. It's clean, smells extremely nice, and feels soft to the skin. TV's channels were nof so reliable, but as long as you have YouTube, IQiyi, Disney Hotstar, or Netflix, it's fine. The volume is also good. Bathing soap and shampoo was provided before hand as well as plate washing soap + sponge. Almost excellent. Some ants were present at night time, but it's fine (negligible). Just 20-30 minutes away from Ancol Sea World). Also, right next to the tower's lobby, there are minimarts for everything you need. Will definitely come back here ^.^

Service and facilities okay. Overall satisfying. A few minuses on the squeaking sound of the mattress, no hot water, the TV remote that runs out of battery, and the door to the room that can't be closed without being locked.

Many small cockroaches in all areas of the room. Sleep so uncomfortable. The unit was not cleaned before being ordered. Not recommended, especially those who bring family.

There is no wifi, then the electricity keeps on tripping, the gas runs out and you have to fill it up at Indomart first, that's all.
