friendly staff. clean hotel room with adequate facilities there is an electric kettle if you bring a baby can boil water. there is hot water in the bathroom. ok recommended

the morning view is very beautiful, there is a small swimming pool for children to play. it's comfortable for that price, but there is no soap and toothbrush, also no air conditioning, there is a fan. but it's already very cold. can order food online and it will be delivered to the front of the room

The staff is very friendly and helpful when checking in. The location is not on the main road but the rooms are quite good for the price of around 100 thousand.

Permission to give criticism: 1. The outer and inner door handles are not in sync (the hinges are broken); 2. The toilet in the bathroom does not function "flush"; 3. The lighting is very minimal (no white, all dim yellow); 4. The fan & AC are not plugged into the socket (so they don't work); 5. The curtains are too thin and see-through when viewed from the outside. Suggestions: 1. Improve the facilities and services; 2. If visitors still don't feel at home, provide compensation in other ways (snacks / drinks); 3. If visitors CO and still have 1 night left, at least give a 50% refund; Hopefully read by the management & owner.

A hotel with that price does not match the facilities provided, the AC is just a display, the toilet does not work, the sheets are dirty and full of holes. For those who want to stay here, never do it.

Very nice view of the room is also very beautiful comfortable also with the price of 100 thousand, but minesnya air conditioning can not live (actually live but not provided remote aja) if the afternoon the weather is hot but the wind there is cool so if the balcony door is opened so sejukk. Will come here again sihhh, fun to watch drakorr + coffee in the morning while watching sunrisee (but bring your own coffee sachet, heater works)👍🏼

The bathroom was quite clean, the water was turned off on the second day from the night, so I couldn't take a shower in the morning and it only turned on when I wanted to leave the hotel. Wifi sometimes works sometimes doesn't at all.

The staff is very friendly, can be compromised on check-in time, not what people imagine. The important thing is that it is suitable for rest. A bit far from Batu square but worthit for backpackers. There is warm water, the water flows all the time, there is a fan which is also great. Don't regret staying here.

Harapannya bisa istirahat, ternyata tidak. Kamar bau tidak sedap, kasurnya bikin gatal² tangan kaki, awalnya ngira bny nyamuk ternyata tidak ada nyamuk, sewa 2 kamar, sama gatal² semua. Dibalik pintu kamar, kaget banget banyak tissue bekas dibasahi, sengaja ditempel dibalik pintu ih jorok banget dahh. Baru kali ini nginap di Batu, mengecewakan. Tidak ramah pula, dimana mana kotor. Terima kasih.
