Check in the hotel waiting for 2 hours, it was replaced by check out time but the daily planning was a bit delayed because we had to wait to get to the room. But so far it's good, the staff is also friendly.

The taste of the food needs a lot of upgrading..the taste of the food during room service is standard..the variety is also very limited...especially the breakfast, it's just ordinary..nothing special
For a class like Four Points, the taste of the food should be more classy..besides that, everything is ok...the staff is very friendly, check in and check out feels fast..one of the best hotels in Manado, but it loses out on the taste of the food..hopefully the taste can be upgraded again...,
