on January 14, 2025 yesterday I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 37th birthday. I was very happy with the friendliness of all the staff from the security to the receptionist, even all the hotel staff were very responsive in helping me, for example without me asking the staff immediately offered to lift my luggage to the room, the check in and check out process was very fast, the breakfast food was delicious and varied, the room was very clean but there were some things that needed to be fixed, first the swimming pool, many of the tiles were peeling off so that my feet hurt when I stepped on the bottom of the pool and please provide hotel slippers in the room...wasalam

Check in should be at 14:00 but the 2 rooms I booked were only ready at 15:52.
I also complained about the heat in 1 room and called housekeeping 2-3 times but they didn't come. 1 room 1705 was hot last night.
