MasyaAllah.. this hotel is Muslim friendly! Of the many hotels I have visited, Gino Feruci really "pampers" us Muslims. In the room there is a complete package of prayer equipment and even a Quran. All are provided in very good and clean condition. Even the mukena, sarong, and prayer mat are neatly wrapped in plastic. Another little thing that made me fall in love is the presence of a faucet that is just the right height for ablution, sometimes in other hotels, I feel a bit uncomfortable when performing ablution because I have to use a shower. The room I booked was a deluxe king and I booked it on the weekend via the Traveloka application. There are 4 pillows provided and this again really pampers the guests. There is also a sofa with a size for 2 people with a carpet base to make it more comfortable when sitting and relaxing on the sofa. The mini fridge is also cold, at that time I set it to the maximum temperature because the hotel defaults to only setting it to a low temperature. SUPER MANY electrical sockets! so it's not confusing if you want to charge several cellphones, laptops, and other electrical needs simultaneously. no need to bring additional electrical plug cables. if I count the total empty electrical plugs there are about 9 (8 in the room + 1 in the toilet). cool! for the breakfast menu there are many choices and it tastes good. I like the banana cake and strawberry yogurt the most! children's facilities include a playground and shallow pool, new towels are provided specifically in the pool area for 2 people. unfortunately when I was there (February 8-9, 2025) the swimming pool was in the process of being renovated to replace the tiles, so the area was a bit dusty and dirty. but my child was still happy because the pool could still be used for swimming. for the playground, I couldn't enter because when my child was there on the first day it was closed and the next morning it wasn't open, but I had to check out at 10 am. what I like again is that this hotel is really detailed in terms of decoration, especially the paintings and photos displayed in the room and various corners of the area. the painting is the work of Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the photos are set against the backdrop of the old Cianjur city landscape and the captions on the photos are in Dutch. when I checked out, along the road in front of the hotel there was a car free day, the hotel quickly provided an escort service using a motorbike to open the way for my car to the main road a very satisfying and somewhat touching stay experience because the owner really pays attention to many details to pamper the guests. masyaAllah continued success GINO FERUCI! thank you very much!

The service is very good and improved from the previous visit, All staff are friendly and the check in + check out process is fast. The room is clean with complete facilities, many choices of TV channels. The breakfast menu is very diverse and delicious. Only every Sunday in front of the hotel there is a car free day from 6:00 to 10:00, if you leave the hotel at that time, you must be guided by an officer

Nice hotel, clean, good food for Breakfast

Actually I often stay at Gino Feruci because the only good hotel in Cianjur is Gino Feruci. However, I just had time to review it now. Every time I stay at Gino Feruci, I always request the same room, which is room 206. The room is a deluxe king type with a sofa in the room. The room is quite spacious. However, unfortunately the lighting in the room is lacking. Especially on the top of the sofa, there are no lights at all. For cleanliness, the floor of this room is usually clean. However, when I checked in on January 26, 2025, the floor of the room still looked stained as if it hadn't been mopped. But of all the minuses, the breakfast is the most minus. The seating in the restaurant during breakfast hours is limited (it fills up quickly). The food is cold and takes a long time to refill. The variety of food is standard; white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, kimlo, soy sauce chicken, Cianjur porridge, green beans, batagor siomay, bread, small cakes. Tips for those who want to have breakfast here, come at 6 am when the restaurant opens; still quiet, the food is still plentiful and complete and still warm.
