You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

We book a VIP room with a breakfast package for one week but we only got fried rice every morning delivered to our room. When we ask the receptionist, the receptionist is very rude, he said don't expect to get a buffet breakfast because we book the room at the low season with a cheaper price than usual. The toilet closet has a yellow stain on the sitting. Pressure water pressure on the shower bath. Smelly blanket seems not replaced from the previous visitor.
