Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru

I have a pleasant experience. The staff are so friendly, managed to meet my request to change room and the foods from the restaurant very nice.

The location was somehow quite close to the city centre, yet the hotel 's security system was good, as it was located in an area you may called an upperclass residential area, which the only access from/to hotel must be passing the portal, the security guard inspection, and a parking system. However, the hotel guest (s) could ask for a free parking at the receptionist. Speaking of the service, the hotel 's staffs were really polite, kind, helpful, and professional, from security guard (s), receptionist (s), the chef (s), even to the cleaning staff (s). I enjoyed the breakfast the hotel was serving a lot, they were so varied and tasty. I was also personally enjoying the gym, sauna, and swimming pool that had already included, as the hotel 's facilities. Since I'm a gym rat myself, I gotta say that the gym machine (s) and facilities are somehow complete for continuing your workout routines. There were cardio machines, lat-pull, schmidt, bench and/or machines chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, leg press, cable fly, varied size of dumbbells, plates, and many more. It has also a quite big hall for you to do dance, yoga, and/or zumba, with the mat (s) provided. The gym was also provided us with sauna, in-gym bathroom, lockers, towel, and mineral water. Yet the swimming pool wasn't disappointing us either. No wonder they decided to open their gym membership to the public. Talking about the room, it was very spacious, cleaned, even the in-room bathroom facilities were good. Although the price was somehow affordable, this hotel gave you everything what a staycation asked for. In conclusion, this hotel was beyond my expectations. As I wrote this review, I have no negative feedback towards this hotel. Keep up the good work! 💪🏼😎.

The hotel location is very good. And near hotel have so many delicious restaurant. And there is also near some great mall. Hotel is clear and room is big. Great.

I was there for business purpose, location is good, food and drink is easy to find around, room is also good, clean and tidy.

I can't believe I was scammed using the name of this hotel, you guys shouldn't let guests check in only with a photocopy of the ID card without the original ID. And I'm sure this guest will deceive other people again using the name of this hotel because I've checked this guest often stays here because I saw this guest had so many booking to this hotel in his social media account. For hotel staff please be careful if this guest comes to check in again, very disappointed.

Huge hotel with lots of rooms, Room size is ample too. No complaints. You get what you paid for.
