The hotel is located in the upper area of Purwokerto, the breeze tends to be cool. A hotel with not too many rooms, which I like because even when the hotel is full it won't be crowded. The view around the room is not blocked by tall buildings. The room size is okay. The room is quite soundproof. Cleanliness is actually still okay, it's just that from afternoon to evening there is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom toilet area (it doesn't smell in the morning and afternoon). Hot water has operating hours, but it's smooth, no issue. The hotel staff's response is good, and satset. The facilities in the room are okay. There is water dripping from the balcony AC that hits the balcony chair, so I need to move the chair position a little. Just info for guests who might be concerned about going up and down stairs, the lower parking area, reception, lobby, cafe, breakfast, pool, and 1st floor all use stair access. So please consider if that's difficult. The pool is not warm water. Then please emphasize again for rooms that are non-smoking, because I asked for a non-smoking room but got a room with an ashtray that was already in use. Then from the balcony you can smell cigarette smoke from the neighboring rooms. The breakfast menu is not too varied, but it tastes good. Overall, I am still interested in staying again, and hopefully it will be more smoking-free in the room area in the future.

the atmosphere is calm and the hotel is clean.. very suitable for rest and a break from daily activities in Jakarta. grand Kanaya hotel view can directly to Mount Slamet is very beautiful and cool. often rain, can order mendoan from the room service is delicious while sipping coffee seeing this view. extraordinary stay here. the location is also close to restaurants and the Baturaden tourist area. indeed the right choice for those who like peace and mountain views and cool weather. will definitely come back here again. maintain the cleanliness and interior of the room

Plus: comfortable, beautiful location, complete amenities, clean hotel, cool atmosphere. Minus: leaking AC in the morning when I woke up, the floor was flooded, wanted to complain but was too lazy; Breakfast omelette was sour like it was stale, I thought I left my JBL wireless headset there but when I WA to CS they said it wasn't there even though it was only 2 hours after checking out but never mind, once was enough, WIFI was also really slow

MasyaAllah I want to go back to Purwokerto.. The atmosphere is so comfortable and serene that it makes me not want to go home... Bismillah, hopefully I can come back here again.. Aamiin..... The hotel is close to Baturraden tourism, restaurants and waterfall baths... It's only 13km to Purwokerto town square.. There are lots of delicious snacks and culinary delights at the town square.

the staff is very informative and the service is also excellent. we arrived at 12 and could check in early. when asking for a prayer mat to be delivered to the hotel, it was also delivered immediately. continued success Grand Kanaya!

My favorite hotel when I go to Purwokerto. The rooms are clean, the distance to Baturaden is very close. The swimming pool is like an infinity pool, the breakfast menu is just standard. But for the price it is very worth it

Our vacation in Kanaya was enjoyable, we stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, there was a basketball yard that made the eldest feel at home, the swimming pool was spacious so the youngest didn't want to stop swimming, the food was delicious and friendly to the pocket made the mother feel at home for a long time in the cafe...two thumbs up for Kanaya

the location is strategic, unfortunately the staff is not sensitive enough to help guests and there is no event on New Year's Eve. the food in the cafe is quite good, the cleanliness of the room is quite good. unfortunately there is no laundry service

Almost all the food tastes empty. Especially the food in the restaurant during breakfast really needs to be improved. The rice is hard. The service is too naive and stiff. This hotel is not recommended for people with disabilities. The ramp is very high. There is no lift facility to the restaurant which is located far below. Eating at the restaurant here is uncomfortable because of the noisy sound coming from the swimming pool (because it is in one room). The price is affordable but the pillows are already thin. The sheets are brownish. The towels are the same. The refrigerator is empty (there is no refrigerator) guests are forced to choose because there is no bigger hotel
