I am very happy with their services. The hotel near with nature, many vacation place at around the hotel. You could choose some options, as Paralayang, Mount Banyak, Santera de Laponte Pujon, Songgoriti hot water, Coban rondo water fall, etc. I wish management hotel more seriously than current condition in developing their business, due to I see the hotel should be better for services customer trip.

The hotel is good, the view is also close to the Santera and paragliding tourist attractions. It's just that the beds are twin type which are made into one. So right in the middle there is a bit of a discomfort

If it's for a club/big family event, it's suitable to stay here, especially since the price is very affordable. The view is also beautiful, the swimming pool water is cold and clear. Maybe if all the damaged facilities, buildings that look damaged and unkempt are immediately renovated and cleaned, then equipped, it will be really good. If you come alone/only your family, I really don't recommend it because the falls are scary. Hopefully this hotel and resort will be repaired soon. Thank you

Came here on New Year's while grilling with family.. this hiden gem hotel mah.. the view is really cool, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the air is serene and cold, the fog is nostalgic, the service is very friendly, thank you ☺ next time I will come back here again, to Santera Dueket, to the nearby paragliding, to the rabbit park, to the UFO park, to the Pujon tourist village, to the nearby Coban Rondo, there are many complete destinations here.

The information is that it has been managed by new management & the hotel is better, many places have been renovated. There are swimming pools for adults & children.
Breakfast is offered upon check in.
The location is close to the Santera & paragliding tours, a hotel with many photo spots especially when the fog descends... romantic for photos.
There is a paintball location & you can also jeep.
We will definitely come back..

The hotel staff is very friendly. Staying here is very pleasant. The view is cool. The air is also cool. For facilities, it may need improvement. In the bedroom, the floor should be covered with carpet because in the Pujon area the air is cool tending to cold. For room AC, a temperature controller is provided, either using a remote or one mounted on the wall. If using central AC, sometimes many are not strong with the temperature in the room. The trash can in the room should use a trash can with a lid or a step trash can, and lined with plastic bags.

The atmosphere is serene and cool, my daughter said the hotel's air conditioning is everywhere, even on the football field it's cold, hehehe, so I was too lazy to check out, I just wanted to sleep. You can park right in front of the room

This hotel is a hidden gem in Malang city, the view is really great.
We had a big vacation with our extended family, everyone was happy and satisfied..
There is breakfast, eat with a great view.
You can request a campfire and grill at least H-1.
This hotel is close to the Santerra tourist location, rabbit park, UFO park, paragliding, etc.
We went on a tour to Santera so we could enter because we could queue up early in the morning during this vacation.
What was impressive was that we got the experience of a sea of clouds at this hotel.
With a very spacious location, hopefully in the future there will be tourist attractions at this hotel.
