1. The hot water in room 123 & 124 is not functioning. 2. The swimming pool was very dirty. Seems like a long time not used & not prepared for the guest. 3. Breakfast preparation late. The reception informed me that breakfast was ready at 7 am But the food was not ready yet.

No Ac or Fan in the room. Toilet were not clean and old. Food was very bad-no value for money.

For me that bring 4 children, this hotel give me so much value, such as Swimming Pool, Play Ground and so spacious. Anyone who need quite place, avoid noisy and crowded, I recommend to stay here. Will comeback for next trip. Thanks.

Room spacious, comfy, the price it 's OK. But, cleanliness should be taken care. One of bed room had spider web in the corner. It 's a pity, it 's should be good price, good scenery, we are enjoy staying our vacation.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very strategic towards Bromo. Peaceful environment. The interior of the hotel needs refurbishing.

We booked the hotel a month prior to our trip stopping by before going to Bali. We have called and texted the hotel asking to arrange a jeep going to the Bromo trip. I have double-checked a week prior to the trip and they said just come, we'll pay and arrange at the hotel. (we communicate with the hotel more than once) During check-in, I still ask if the jeep to Bromo was still available and they said they'll come back to us and let us know. We waited until 8 pm (mind you the trip to Bromo begins at 2 am) They finally informed us that Bromo is closed for Yadnya Kasada …. The information for the event has been released online a few days before our trip. And they have the audacity not to inform us, even during check-in. People outside of the city would not know what the event is! It beats the whole purpose of our trip. And we were stuck in their dirty damp and smelly room for the night. Not recommended. Horrible horrible service. For a cheap hotel, you can find a cleaner one around the area. That's all.
