We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Overall it's very nice welcoming guests , very polite staff, beautiful room, clean sanitize area, and delicious foods. also,,, Very nice gift wedding anniversary on the glass and red velvet cakes with beautiful words, so happy to staycation in Grand Zuri bsd city. Superrr de best 🥰

Grand Zuri bsd city by ZHM is an excellent 4-star hotel that provides a pleasant stay. The rooms are notably clean and equipped with comprehensive amenities, ensuring comfort. The staff, particularly the breakfast team, are generally helpful. One morning, despite the tables being full, a staff member kindly accommodated us in an alternate breakfast room. However, not all breakfast staff are equally friendly, with some at the front desk and noodle post displaying less warmth. The hotel 's location is strategic, situated near Teraskota Mall and Ocean Park BSD. The breakfast menu offers a variety of options, though the terrace area is not open 24 hours. Overall, a satisfying experience.
