Very good, clean and comfortable

Third time staying here and did not as cozy as before. Few ants spotted at night and getting more ants in the morning, even crowding my kid's medicine & inside the luggage. Too tired to ask for exchange room. Hope they can improve this since the room itself & services are nice already. This hotel still my family's to go as a short escape in BSD:)

The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall room ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained. Despite being a smoking room, there was no overpowering smoke odor, which is a plus for those who prefer fresh air indoors. ❄️ Air Conditioning The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout my stay. This was especially important considering the warm weather outside. 🛎️ Service & Facilities The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any requests. However, as this was a room-only stay, I didn’t get to experience their breakfast or dining options. 🚿 Amenities The room was equipped with basic amenities like toiletries, a TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. However, the bathroom was a bit compact, and for those sensitive to smoke, a non-smoking room would be a better choice. 🌟 Final Thoughts Grand Zuri BSD City is a great choice for travelers looking for a well-located, comfortable stay in BSD City. Nice to stay here and always my first choice if need stay in BSD

Everything went well, from the check in until check out. The breakfast was okay. They also keep the room clean, including the toilet. Interesting part is that, they turn off the refrigerator regarding conserving matter, and let them know in case we need to use. Not a big issue, but it's adding more energy for us to call on the staff just to turn it on 😅 anyway, good effort to conserve more electricity!

Decided to stay here to check out the breakfast. The breakfast was okay, menu-wise and taste-wise, nothing really stood out. Plenty of room for improvement. The room was nice. I opted for non-smoking room, so I got 10th floor room. Quite spacious for family with one children. It had connecting door in case of need. Chiller and safe were provided in the room. Bathroom was okay. Amenities were all functional. Smart TV in the room was nice. Already had built in Streaming services. Internet speed was great enough. On 3rd floor they have pool, gym, and outdoor playing area for kids. I just found out that they have rooms that have access directly to the pool. Could be nice. The pool seemed nice enough. I tried the gym, and suprisingly the gym had more than enough equipments. They also provided towel both for swimming and gym. Gym bathroom also had sauna facility in it. The selling point is the hospitality from all staff. Can't argue with that.
