definitely better than decent! far exceeded my expectation. I thought this is just some basic 3 stars hotel, but turns out I was wrong. the room was bigger than I expected. the bed was king sized with 4 pillows! and the bathroom was the one that surprised me the most. for 18sqm size bedroom, the bathroom was huge! very comfortable. and they even provided hairdryer too! for the price they offer and the location which is only 5mins away to Ngurah Rai Intl Airport, I would definitely stay here again everytime I came visit Bali at night or before an early morning flight. super convenient!

Room so clean, bed also so comfort, breakfast so nice simple but taste full, facilities in room so complete, I really appreciate in this hotel, as soon as possible I will spent the night again to this hotel, and to see again with hospitality person who task in those day especially for JOHN and Mirah. I checked in around midnight. There is no problem at all. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful although it's midnight :) The room is very neat and clean and the most important there is no 'funny' smell. The bath room is also satisfying. Clean and it provides the minimum important toiletries. Overall it is a good decision to stay in this hotel. :)

my family and I are very happy to stay at this hotel, everything is perfect, the staff is always warm greeting. the room is very clean and fragrant. security, fo, fb are very friendly and very helpful, big thanks to IRA, YASA, YUNITA, FIO, Thank you for your hospitality, i'll be back soon :)). Yesterday, January 22nd, my husband and I stayed at this hotel when my husband had a birthday, so we were given a surprise from 3 staff members named Mbak Ona, Mbak Eda and Mas Agung, honestly we really liked it and were touched, thank you both, Mbak and Mas.. If we go to Bali again, we will definitely stay at this hotel, the hotel is quite close to the airport, the parking lot is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are all friendly.. If we go to Bali again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.. because it is that good😇🙏

happyy, it was perfect for my birthday, I stayed here and was given a birthday treat. Honestly, at first I didn't care about the hotel because it was just for sleeping, but it turned out to be beyond my expectation. The bathroom was clean and complete, the bedroom was also very comfortable, and importantly the wifi was okay. Oh yeah, the only drawback was that the shower part of the bathroom wasn't covered by the outside when I wanted to go to the sink and the toilet, so when I took a shower it was really muddy. But overall it was okay. All the staff were friendly, there were Shania, Adi, and Rasta. They were very kind. They gave me a bracelet when I went home. I've never found a hotel this good. The price was also very affordable.

The location is very good, near the airport. The hotel is also next to nice restaurants Pipo Bali (non-halal food) and rm padang, and Pia Agung Bali. The staff are very nice and really concern about our experience and comfortness staying here. They constantly ask me by whatsapp messenger about my experience and my opinion about the room and the services everyday. I love this hotel!

After staying in one of the dirty places, getting to Granmas was really fun. Everything feels cleaner. The rooms are small, but everything functions well. So, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are very friendly, everything is very satisfying, this is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and will certainly come back again, it's just that the breakfast choices for Indonesian food are less varied. Hopefully there will be more food variants for breakfast. But in general, the service and others are the best ☺🙏.

Good hotel near Airport. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. Lots of restaurants around, minimarket like cirle K, also Spa, massage with good deal. Its a good choice to relax before your next destination. Its only take 5 mins to the airport. Recommended.

Saya sudah ke sekian kali setiap nginap d bali pasti ke hotel ini. Tapi kali ini saya agak sedikit kecewa sih d toiletnya sudah susah d tekan. Seharusnya d periksa. Pintu nya juga macet. Biasanya saya datang, semua nya bagus dan nyaman. Tp kali ini agak berkurang ya.

Lokasi snagat dekat dengan bandara, pelayanan baik dan ramah. Fasilitas sangat baik untuk kelasnya, bersih. Hanya saja pas ada perbaikan jadi agak ribut disiang hari, tp sudah diinfokan petugas sebelumnya.
