First arrive bed cover full of hair and dirty. We were long stay, one of the day someone knock on my door 2x but when we ask who is it, nobody responds. Worst part housekeeper that clean our room using my shaver and leave hair everywhere. You can see the housekeeper that work there sleep in guest room while working sometimes. No body bother to help us with luggage while they know we bring a lots of stuff during check in and check out

No resepsionis, just security. And my reservation not listed. I'm waiting during security comfirm with someone. Poor sanitised and the AC not cold enough.

check in was very hard & takes long time. receptionist very very annoying, she asked me to wait 15 mins, then 30 mins, & said that I need to queue first after waiting. very unpleasant service!!
