We were happily surprised for room upgrade by the management. The check in staff told us that we were chosen by the management to receive an upgrade from deluxe room to suite room. Wonderful. The room was spacious, they provide kimonos. The bed had bolsters🤩. I love the quite yet cozy and elegant ambience in the room, the buffet offered quite various and tasty food. I surely will remember this surprise for good. Thankyou Harper for the experience

Great Place. I stayed at Harper for a business trip and was very impressed with the hotel. The location is perfect, startegis. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in San Francisco.

Overall was great! Kamar luas, kamar mandinya juara di kalsel! Semua interiornya bergaya futuristik, keren! Kebersihan jg terjaga. Minusnya saat breakfast spaghettinya masih keras dan fasilitas setrika tdk ada saat hendak meminjam. Saya pikir ini perlu diperhatikan, mengingat ada pasti bbrp klien yg memerlukan penampilan rapi tp tdk punya cukup waktu you/ laundry.
