It was awesome stacation in harper purwakarta, staff her name rava or reva I'm forgot the lady she help us very well till we are check out and she gave us best room view 517, room service and house keeping stafs that was amazing and for food are very nice. Thank you very much harper purwakarta see you for next staycation we hope will back again here hotel.

The location is strategic, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall good 👍

Overall the staycation with family was going good. But I think the Hotel Management shall be more determine on Smoking and Non Smoking area. The smoke fog in swimming pool area is the only thing I dislike, indeed I brought 2 kids there. Your breakfast menu was superb. We love it. You have excellent staff. They served us very well. Thank you.

All The staff so nice and helpfull. They no longer use bottled water, water dispensers are available in every hallway

The staff very friendly and accomodating. This is our 2nd time having a staycation. And there are kids activity to celebrate Independence Day. We are having a great time! Input for sasakala farm ville; Better to add mini zoo to attract more visitors
