comfortable, close to the city center, security is very helpful when parking. unfortunately when returning from the hotel every time breaking the fast, it is very difficult for guests who are staying to get parking. Parking for breaking the fast and hotel guests should be separated. so hotel guests don't have to park far down.

I love this hotel compared to other hotels in Sukabumi. The staffs are friendly and helpful, no deposit required, easy check in/out. I'll definitely book again in the future.

There was a breaking of the fast event, the place was forced into the lobby area, it was quite disturbing for the guests because it was crowded and noisy + the parking lot was full of those holding the breaking of the fast event, so they had to park upstairs, far from the hotel lobby.

The room is spacious, clean and near from city center, got compliment cake during check in, and the staffs are friendly. After check out I accidentally left my phone charger and the staff texted me and keep my phone charger securely after I comeback.

The staff is very friendly! The first room had ants in the toilet, changed to another room that was very comfortable! The AC was cold and comfortable! Not too noisy on a busy weekend (with other guests bringing small children)
For breakfast it's very good! Maybe it could be an addition, I always drink fresh milk at the hotel for vacation or work, but when I had breakfast there was only chocomilk and soymilk, when I asked for it there was freshmilk! but in room-temperature conditions. Hopefully in the future it can be refrigerated as a backup if there are those who like freshmilk at breakfast 🙏🏼.

Second stay in here and it was okay. Some minor inconveniences, while we're staying at the non smoking room, we smelled a hint of cigarettes at night. And the room doesn't soundproof enough that we heard people next door laughed at dawn. But the staffs are friendly and proactive, love it.

It was a good experience staying in Horizon. All goes well, from the check in to check out, although I noticed the hotel was full booked during my stay. The staffs were friendly & helpful as well. As someone who spent my childhood in this city, this hotel is the best comfy hotel so far. I feel so well rested staying here. No wonder Pak Jokowi stayed here during his duty commute!

Thank you to Teh Dinda for the friendly and fast check-in service, Teh Nadia for the room service promo offer, Teh Vania for her help in providing slice cake on my wife's birthday...
The room is comfortable and clean, only for the twin sheet, some need to be replaced because they are perforated, but overall is Good
The breakfast is delicious and has a varied menu, the waiter and waitress are agile in handling the clearup and at the table, good job.
Thank you Horison Sukabumi for the hospitality... We will come back again
