The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. Nice hospitality and facilities. Thank your for the friendly staff. Near from anywhere so we can just walk and enjoy the kota lama street. I suggest Oud En Nieuw by Toko Oen if you want a nice ice cream and gelato. I recommended the rum and raisin and mint chocolate flavor. I could buy cheap batik at kampung batik behind the hotel too, so nice 👍🏻😁.

Pake Telkomsel ga ada signal mau sambung ke Wifi cuma 1 bar aja dan lama2 hilang signalnya. AC kamar ga dingin padahal mode udah bener dan suhu 16.

All staff members were very polite and acomodating even though the late hours we checked in, there are issues regarding room maintenance (especially bathrooms) where it seems some rooms just aren't bring well kept enough to be an enjoyable stay, but they staff ' s quick response and polite attitude really makes up for the lackies. Wish you all a very warm future.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan oke, sarapan enak, lokasi di tengah kota. Cuma kemarin karna check in pas lebaran, kondisi sudah malam, jadi parkiran full, terpaksa mobil diparkirin pake valet parking. Pas check out mau ambil mobil via valet parking ditunggu2 kenapa lama banget. Katanya kuncinya ngga ada di pos valet parking. Sdh dicari2 ternyata kunci nya masih nyantel dan ketinggalan di dalam mobil karna petugas valet malam sebelumnya lupa ambil kuncinya. Bersyukur mobil masih ada/gak kehilangan apapun. Mungkin bisa jadi perhatian manajemen/petugas valet parking 🙏.

My family and I were staying here for one night. The room and its amenities, food, and facilities are worth to the price. They also implement great parking management for their guest. I would recommend to stay here if you are looking for great 3-star hotel in Semarang.

Kamar bersih, kamar ber-AC tapi seperti kamar tanpa AC, hanya disediakan shampoo dan sikat gigi tanpa sabun mandi, wifinya sangat lambat, pelayanan oke, dekat tempat makan karena berada di area Kota Lama, lokasi strategis dengan tempat yang saya tuju. Note: Sebenarnya overall oke, tapi tolong ACnya diperbaiki biar nggak panas. Terima kasih.
