Overall ok, I have stayed here dozens of times, maybe 3-5 times in a month.

Best hotel, staying here is great, get a very cheap price for the facilities you get, stay in a superior room, the facilities are really big, clean, get a refrigerator, aah can't say anything for that price, from security, frontline, to housekeeping, wow, friendly and honest. My stuff that I didn't. I realized I missed was informed directly, for me and my child who was left for work and my husband, it was really good, there are lots of delicious foods around and the supermarket is next to this hotel, I intended to stay overnight and then jump to another hotel, so I was lazy because I was afraid I wouldn't get a room as comfortable and complete as this with facilities, thank you Hotel Horison Nindy, next trip I won't hesitate to stay here again

Staycation for my baby's birthday deliberately chose Horison Nindya because I wanted a room type that had a good view and was spacious but the price was still pocket-friendly, and yess I got a Junior Suite Room with a fairly cheap price haha Expectations would be very wide for the junior suite type because looking at the reviews it turned out not to be too spacious. For the interior it's okay, the minibar and bathroom are clean, it's just that the placement of the TV on the table is not kid-friendly for baby toddlers, because it's scary like it's going to be knocked over if it's near the TV, and the distance between the TV and the bed is very far so it's not very comfortable to enjoy and isn't it a smart TV? Because we've searched around and there's only a list of television channels ;( For breakfast we took sahur, and sahur was delivered around 2 o'clock, and it turned out we only got rice with very minimal vegetables and 3 types of fruit pieces with 2 pieces each so a total of 6 pieces huhuu it's a bit unfortunate it should have been an open buffet if we only got this, and there was no tea/coffee or fresh milk to drink but only plain water in a glass (If I had known it would have been better without breakfast) For the receptionist who was not very friendly, sorry, when I noticed the staff did not make eye contact so that they seemed to ignore the guests, were very busy with their computers, when payment was not asked for even though the voucher was pay at hotel but the receptionist did not realize that the booking was still unpaid. If they were busy looking at the computer screen, shouldn't they have noticed that it was unpaid? Maybe there needs to be a refresh training on the check-in procedure to make it better in the future. For the compliment cake and room preparation, thank you, it's quite good and satisfying. And for the very friendly and responsive concierge, thank you very much👌

Stayed 2 nights, room was ok, cleanliness still needs improvement. Towels could be time to be updated.
