this hotel is ever being my childhood place as I always stayed here since 15 years ago. The hotel is as nostalgic as ever, and despite of its age the service and facility are still pristine. I would strongly suggest this hotel as a perfect get go lodging that is very practical for the city commute.

The room is very damp, dark, and smells of dust. It is very old and needs renovation. Breakfast is bland and not varied. Gym facilities are very bad, old. I got a deluxe price of 1.5 million for 1 night, it is very, very not worth it. Very disappointing.

We arrived at around 13.50 and saw a long check-in queue, so we had to wait quite a while. Initially we got rooms 819 and 821. Apparently the water in both toilets was brown. The toilet spray in 819 was very strong and could not be adjusted/reduced. The flush toilet in 821 spilled water and flooded the toilet area. Does that mean urine came out too? We immediately asked to move rooms but CS said this problem would be fixed by a technician. Then a technician was brought in and tried to fix the problem. It turned out that it didn't solve the problem. We called CS again and asked to move rooms. Finally after waiting for more than 2½ hours (14.30-17.15) we were able to move rooms at around 17.15 to rooms 620 and 622. Alhamdulillah the toilets in these 2 rooms functioned well and the water was also clear. The toilets were old/old and had patches here and there. The carpets in the rooms should also be vacuumed regularly because they looked dirty. We would definitely reconsider 1000x if we had to stay at this hotel again. This is an old hotel and needs serious maintenance.

honestly, I've stayed here 3 times because there was an event and the cleaning service ALWAYS barged into the room even though they didn't put a tag outside the room to be cleaned, they didn't even ring the bell or knock! they have a card to enter without permission! for not changing clothes or sleeping... please, SOP for each employee, emphasize it again, I also think the room should be well lit, honestly sometimes it's scary🥲

Hotel feedback for room 904, shower not working properly, water not clear enough, bathroom for executive room in front bathroom is not equipped with shower toilet. Floor 9 smells bad, carpet. Room light is not too bright in front room. For swimming pool is good, water is clear and big, food taste is okay. Thank you.

I stayed 2 nights by booking 2 rooms but my room was very hot at that time and as a result I complained to the reception. And was given information that work had to be done and it was already past 9pm, and the solution was only to upgrade the room by having to add 200k even though the fault was with the hotel but the solution made us lose. When it was upgraded and given room 712 which was MUCH HOTTER. I had to call a technician in the middle of the night, the solution was to move rooms at 5am because I had children and I went with my family. Until 10am the room was hot until the technician checked several times. We were given the option to move rooms again but only 1 room was moved which was quite far from the first room. Even the hotel could only say sorry when I left. Please fix the air conditioning, 2 nights and 2 rooms all the rooms are hot.

This hotel was once glorious in its time. The swimming pool is still cool. Too bad the room utilities are not continuously updated. The shower is not smooth, the bathtub is no longer functioning. Not all lights are on and... the most important thing is the limited power outlets. The staff is friendly and very honest, I left my charger behind because it was "plugged" into the TV socket, I was informed via WhatsApp. The cleanliness and bedding are still okay. Overall it's okay, but it will be better if there is improvement.
