I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Very convinient to walk to the mall or th city central. The location is also very close to the nice supermarket and to the train station. The staff are very friendly and there are complimentary drinks such as cokes and minerals in the room. Unfortunately, there are not so much space for car park. But overall the hotel itself is really nice and comfortable to stay.

Overall every happy with hotel clean and spacious room.

Must be try big family. Close with big Mall (tunjungan plaza).

When I went upstairs, the staff were still inside of my room and said it was final checking. The pillow smells bad, and the chair next to the window smells not very nice. I'm not sure about the wallpaper, it seems so odd?
