Hotel Augusta Garut

Location is ok, old hotel, door locks use round keys like in the bathroom, the spring mattress is not comfortable to sleep on. For breakfast, there is only fried rice, bread, chicken porridge. Open at 7, at 7.30 it's finished, have to wait for food refills.

The receptionist was friendly and immediately provided the right solution when we got the booking date wrong. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the service of this hotel, from the first time the Front Office staff was very helpful when checking in. The breakfast menu is extraordinary, simple but complete. All the tastes are tried according to our family's tongue. Spacious and comfortable room for resting, hotel facilities are quite complete. When checking out, it was helped by the staff. The process is fast. There must be shortcomings of the hotel, but for our family it is very minor. Covered by the hotel's service. This deficiency is because we wanted it on the weekend and coincided with a long holiday. But all disappeared and did not become an obstacle. The rooms are spacious, the towels are also outih clean, it's been a while since I had to upgrade, the food is quiet because it's not a buffet and there's only fried rice and it's not delicious.

Location okay. Cleanliness okay. Service okay. Enough for holiday facilities.

I made the wrong booking date but the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful until finally I was able to check in on the same day and got the room I expected. The food was very delicious, indeed the best Hotel Augusta, thank you very much.

The place is quite good for a small family holiday, highly recommended!

1. Hot water doesn't work. 2. The TV is off, I tried asking the officer but still couldn't get any compensation. 3. The swimming pool is booked for swimming practice at 6 in the morning, it's noisy until 10 o'clock, swimming practice hasn't finished yet, hotel guests can't use it. The pool is now dirty with large worms and other insects. 4. Expensive. Sorry, I won't be staying here anymore.

Service terutama mengenai sarapan saja tidak siap Bahkan kami kehabisan makanan disaat kami datang ke restoran pada pukul 08.00 pagi betul betul pengalaman liburan dan menginap yang paling tidak menyenangkan.

1. Ordered a deluxe room but felt like it was normal and got a twin bed, even though the picture showed a double bed. The application price is more expensive than coming in person. 2. The food provider/catering was terrible, the food was very basic, the second day was even worse, I didn't get any food, the fried rice was also tasteless. Almost got tricked by the kids and told me to pay, luckily they immediately asked the receptionist. 3. My child's skin has bumps, I don't know if it's because there are animals on the mattress/sheet or what. 4. The bathroom is okay, the hot water is on. 5. The parking area is okay, spacious enough to fit lots of cars. 6. People say the atmosphere is horror, but during the stay, thank God, there wasn't any. 7. Equipment can be replaced if possible, don't wait for the customer to ask. Suggestions for catering might be to look for other vendors who are more competent.

Breakfast nya nasi goreng nya ga ada rasanya. Kamar nya juga bau roko pas masuk.

Kasur nya tidak nyaman sama sekali.

Untuk harga weekendnya masih dibawa 400 sih ok lah, kalo mau budget dan suasana ok ya ini pilihannya. Dibilang hotelnya horor, engga kok. Aman kok. Makasih untuk pelayanan yang baik selama kita keluarga menginap.

Kurang recomendasi si karena gag bersih banyak ee tikus n pintu gag bisa dikunci.
