This hotel location is very convenient. In front of hotel is many street food sellers of chicken satay, padang satay, nasi pecel and also bakmi ayam. Also near Toko Oen, Superindo, Ace Hardware. Overall, location is very strategic. Parking area also quite many spaces, so you do not need to be worried on your vehicle. Breakfast is quite good, many choices, and they have good safety protocols. Overall, I am quite satisfied. 1 small issue, that they changed the room key without pre-notification due to I have 2 bookings for my stay. I have to go down to the lobby from 7th floor, when I can not used my room key to open my hotel room. Thank you.

It's a small hotel. Parking area is quite tight and limited (even compared to Quirin hotel next door). Lobby entrance need to go up to Reception Level then take another lift to room. Might be inconvenient for some. Room is quite small and not well lit. Especially the corridors from elevator to rooms. Breakfast is good and hygiene protocols are followed quite strictly. Staffs are very friendly, polite and sincere. Its a nice hotel for short personal trip, but might not be for biz traveller with vehicles.

I must say this hotel truly applies the covid protocol to the utmost. So we feel safe staying here. The F&B are well protected and served to my table. The taste ? No question ! I love this group of Tentrem Hotel Management. Proud of Local Nations

Really nice and tidy, spotless room. Staffs are very fast and helpful especially lady on the front desk, very friendly. Wide variety of breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visit Semarang.

Strategic location, walking distance to mall, famous lumpia and legendary restaurants. Also close to the old city. Good for solo travelers or business trips who stop in Semarang for 1-2 days. Input for the hotel: so that the lobby area is non-smoking because the smell of cigarettes is thick.

For input: 1. To make the towels cleaner. 2. So that coffee and other refills in the room do not need to be requested. 3. So that the laundry list form does not need to be requested. 4. No smoking in the toilet near the swimming pool. 5. If possible, no smoking near the swimming pool.

Recommended. A small note, the room is a bit less soundproof, you can still hear someone passing by. I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in or all of them. But overall, it's still recommended to stay. The breakfast menu is varied and the food tastes good.

Every time I go home and stop by Semarang, I definitely end up staying at Chanti again. Price wise, it is very budget friendly. Hospitality by Tentrem group, no need to ask again. Comfortable bed. Carpeted room. Comfortable room. Pool is enough for light exercise. There is a gym. BEST food! Easy check in and check out. Even though I made a mistake when making a reservation, I thought the reservation was for a non-smoking room, it turned out to be a smoking room. The receptionist staff helped me find a non-smoking room that was still available. The best location. Walking distance to everywhere and lots of food and coffee shops around. Value for money for those who stop by Semarang to rest and have a culinary experience before continuing their trip home

Stayed 5 days, everything good. Room: Good but still can hear sound clearly from people chatting in the corridor or people walking from the top floor. Car parking: Limited, but the security very helpful. Services: Awesome. Cleanliness: Awesome. Food: Never missed breakfast, all the menus and the taste wonderful. Location: City central. Very recommended hotel for long term stay.
