Was a pleasant stay. Would like to commend Mr.Keanu the receptionist who showed superb level of service despite the late hours when arrived closed to midnight. Breakfast is ok, a number of varieties. Rooms and Beds are comfy. Oh they provide a long couch in the room that can be used to sleep if you're with family.

Easy to get everything in this hotel because the mall is next the door and there's also big Mall there (Trans Mall)

This was my second time staying at this hotel. But it 's my first time using gym facilities. The treadmill was broken, so I used other gym tools. The receptionist guy was not giving us enough information about the cards for room key and rooftop access, and he didn't even give us the free parking for our car. So I guess it 's very crucial to guests to be informed with such information. Thank you.

First time to spent weekend with family and this hotel basically near from my home, we always visit the Mall but not the hotel, Got room with view the wall, Good services from the staff only taking longer time in the check in probably too much document by written my suggestion to computerized the process even the deposit used paper too, there's missed information between the website and hotel, it said 0 deposit but the fact I needed to deposit IDR 300,000 this is the biggest one from others hotel. Good quality in the room very clean and cozy, good food and beverages on the breakfast and every weekend there's kids play near the restaurant, overall Good and I will be back definitely. Thanks
