Upgraded to an executive room, but it smells musty. The sheets and blankets were not changed, the pillows smelled of someone's armpits. The room was dusty. The AC was not cold at all. I was too lazy to pack when I wanted to move. First and last time staying here, I don't want to go back.

Friendly hotel staff, strategic location, clean, fun swimming pool, complete & delicious breakfast. The water heater works well. Got toiletries. The hotel is only 2 floors, so there is no elevator. The AC is a bit lacking.

The hotel has no elevator. The room's AC was leaking but the staff immediately came to fix it. It still leaked but not badly. Got a room with a pool view. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there are shortcomings, there are also advantages, namely helpful staff and a champion swimming pool.

Feedback for breakfast food to be refilled immediately. If it runs out, maybe it can be replaced with another menu and not left empty/covered with a cover and don't let any rice dry out because of the steam. Thank you.
