This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel 👍. When I extended my hotel room, it turned out that the non-smoking hotel rooms were full, but they still tried to help so I didn't have to move rooms. Thank you, Mr. Hazlin 🙏🏻.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, strategic location, close to Pertamina Mosque so it is easy for those who want to perform congregational prayers especially at dawn. The atmosphere around the hotel is also comfortable. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, ordering by GoFood or Shopee Food is easy and comfortable... Recommended for families or business trips.. 👌🏻

The service is very bad or unprofessional. Today, February 20, 2025, I ordered 2 rooms 510 and 512 connecting door. After opening room 512, it turned out that there were still hotel guests. At first glance, it's a 4-star hotel. How come the system is not organized in input and output of hotel guests. I was forced to wait at 512 with the promise that it would be ready at 13.00. Second, I was promised that I could check in at 13.00, but it turned out that I couldn't check in until 15.00. (past 1 hour from check-in time). With the reason that the room window was leaking. It should have been informed from the start if there was a room problem. Because I booked 1 more room since morning. While waiting in room 510. I had been patiently waiting and finally room 512 was given. Wanting to upgrade to the same floor, it was not allowed on the grounds of booking via online booking. For a 4 star hotel standard, I don't recommend this hotel in terms of service.

we had to move rooms because the water tap in the bathtub was broken, the hot water was not optimal, the water pressure in the bathroom was not strong enough. one more thing, I was moved from a room with a bathtub to a room without a bathtub without any compensation. Please ask the hotel management to make this matter a serious concern to ensure the satisfaction of guests staying at the hotel. Wassalam
