Kamar emang sesuai digambar, Tapi maaf Ac nya gak dingin sama sekalii. Dari awal check in jam1 siang sampai besokannya tidur keringatan karena panas. Ac nya ga ada dingin-dinginnya, kurang dibersihkan acnya, Padahal Daikin loh merknya tapi Gak dingin sama sekali sebel banget, ditambah lagi pas siang gatau kenapa tiba tiba listrik jegleg 2 sampai 3 kali lampu mati nyala makin panas hawanya, Gak dapat air mineral! Harusnya kan dapet 2botol di kamar ini ga ada. Handuknya bau apek. Gak betah akhirnya check out pagi jam8. Maaf ya tolong ditingkatkan lagi maintenance sama kebersihan kamarnya makasih. Staff resepsionisnya ramah.

Kamarnya bersih. Staff helpful. Sarapan lumayan enak tapi kebersihan area restonya kurang. Lift hanya sampai lantai 4 jadi harus naik tangga lagi ke lantai 5. Telepon rusak, mau panggil petugas room service susah karena gak ada handuk dalam kamar. Harga oke banget.

I came to check in at 1 o'clock and immediately got a room without waiting, overall it was quite good, unfortunately the lift only went to the 4th floor, to the 5th floor you had to go up the stairs and when I entered the room there were no towels, but then asked for them and they were delivered, for the walls in the room there were like a hole, for that price the breakfast is quite delicious.

2 hari menginap di sini, semuanya penuh kekecewaan, hari pertama masuk ke kamar, disiapkan bantal tanpa sarung bantal dan bantalnya sudah menguning, sangat jorok untuk kelas hotel. Setelah diberikan kamar pengganti, handuknya yang tidak ada, harus minta dengan nyamperin ke lantai 1 di CS nya, kenapa? Karena di telepon tidak ada yang ngangkat! Hari ke dua, kamar sudah kasih sign untuk dibersihkan, malah sama sekali tidak dibersihkan, very rude sekali, karena sudah lelah, saya cuma minta di ganti saja gelas bersih dan kopi nya, sebagai compliment harian. Parah nya, si room boy nyuci gelas di kamar mandi dan mengelap gelas dengan sarung bantal bekas, yang dia tinggal kan saja di wastafel. Saya sangat kecewa hotel ini bisa masuk ke aplikasi!
