The wifi is bad, we already tell the hotell about the wifi but it seems they cannot solve the problem.

When checking in there is a price list for items in the room such as: the price of a glass, the price of a mattress, the price of a towel. Which I have never seen in previous hotels that I have visited. This is a bit weird for me. At check out, the customer service officer accused me of breaking the handle of the mug (not the mug that broke, but the handle came off), and asked for a replacement of Rp. 65,000 from the deposit. What quality mugs have the handles come off on their own? Moreover, I have never seen a mug like that in the room and only drinks bottled mineral water. I don't like hot drinks and don't like coffee either. I only drank cold drinks. I was denied the charge, and after much arguing, the security deposit and ID card (they have both ID and cash deposit withhold) were returned and. The mug was finally thrown to the floor by the customer service officer until it broke. What? Dear hotel manager, what kind of CS is capable of such a thing?

I stay for 2 nights. The first night, my sleeping disturbed by the noise of trains sound and so loud-speaker from the stasiun. The second night I moved to a room with the opposite direction of the first one. All was better! What made me disappointed was the question from the receptionist when I was checked out. She asked me if I drank a bottle of tea without paying. It was so un polite as I never did it and she was mistaken to somebody else, and she didn't apologize. I maybe re-think to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is easy to find and perfect for train traveler like me. It has great features like hairdrier, Hot water, and all traveler necessity. I definitily come back here.

No wi fi can be connected. not good. in the room no coffee and tea sachet served with hot water on the table. after I asked, then they served. apparently, they forget to serve them. seem no good internal coordination between front desk and house keeping. hopefully it wouldn't happen again in the future.
