The hotel does not apply as stated in the application. The number of people staying according to the application is 5 people for 2 rooms. Even in the application, it says 2 rooms for 6 people. However, when we want to have breakfast, why is it only limited to 4 people? When asked to the restaurant, they said that the Traveloka application policy cannot be applied in the hotel... So maybe you can provide information about the hotel policy that is not the same as the application to customers, thank you

I stayed on January 24, 2025 for 3 days. I ordered an executive room type
for the room is super spacious, the car park is also in front of the room. so it looks like a cottage. for the bathroom the nuances of rocks. only the room lighting in my opinion is lacking. for food around the hotel is a bit far. if you want you can take a vehicle or about 1 kilo there are many sellers. or order food online. to the city center is only 13 minutes by car
satisfied staying at this hotel. friendly staff. every day the room is cleaned and the 2nd day the sheets are changed. for mineral water every day you can. Next if you go on vacation to Semarang this hotel can be an option

Clean, comfortable room, broken bathroom door handle... if there are newer towels, give them new ones. When we ordered food at the hotel restaurant, we had to wait 40 minutes before being informed that what we ordered was out of stock 🫠☺️. Overall, it's comfortable, close to everywhere
