It's pretty good 🤏 It just seems like the sheets haven't been changed, the food is pretty good. The lights are dim lol but for that price it's okay. Access to everywhere is close

The check in and check out process is very easy and friendly, while unloading the luggage, the room has been prepared. Friendly service, get breakfast, the room is suitable for families, hot water is available, the water is strong, the air conditioner is cool, the budget for families is very affordable. Get 2 rooms at a relatively affordable price. Will stay here again if passing through Sampit.

The hotel is quite comfortable for a place to rest, there is hot water then the air conditioner is cold, there is breakfast and the dishes are delicious. The minuses: no soap, toothpaste and toothbrush are provided and the Telivison is difficult to watch because of ants. I hope you will pay more attention in the future. Thank you.

Sunday meets Saturday. Comfortable like at home. Friendly also take care, mineral water never runs out. Insyaallah next to Sampit again will stay here again.

For a room that is quite decent for a restful stay, the water smells bad. Lacking in the breakfast service, the food is prepared enough for 2 adults while we have 2 children, and the food is left over so 1 uses yellow rice, 1 uses white rice even though it is not yet the end of breakfast.

There are guests/who knows who are very noisy in the hotel lobby until midnight and the hotel does not reprimand at all, even though their voices can be heard in the room and automatically disturb other hotel guests! Complaints have been made verbally and in writing via whatsapp to the hotel team but there is no response and results, hot water also often doesn't work.
