Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

Hotel Tugu, how else can I explain it? If you are on holiday in Malang and don't stay here, at least take the time to stop by The Und Corner or Restoran Melati.

A large part of the Tugu Hotel is a museum. Very interesting. The staff is very friendly and willing to support. The free High Tea in the afternoon is nice.

the hotel is cool. all the staff are friendly. starting from the security guard to the staff inside. the room is clean and fragrant. the place is also in the center of Malang. it is very pleasant to stay in this place. next time stop by here again

A hotel with a classic interior from the entrance to the corners of the room to the rooms, which blends with nature with large trees around the hotel and neatly arranged green plants and friendly hotel staff, delicious food (traditional food) and healthy drinks (jamu/wedang)... beautiful and unique amenity packaging with traditional fragrances, the best hotel I ever stayed, thank you for being part of my journey while in Malang.

Good location. Unfriendly gesture at reception counter during our night check in. Unfriendly restaurant casier. No eye contact and warmth attitude during service. Warmth gesture for guests is more important than just welcome drinks.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and eager to help. The best location in the middle of the city with a great view, ethnic nuance and full of greenery that makes it comfortable. The level of cleanliness is quite good. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff. Definitely a 5-star hospitality. The downside of this hotel is the soundproof of the room that are almost none, due to the building is very old and you can say it is a historical heritage. This soundproof become problem if there's an event the Hotel hall or surrounding place near the hotel. However due this hotel also a historical heritage, you can see the decoration are authentic and has history meaning, we also able to book a history tour inside the hotel. Breakfast food is vary and mix between traditional and modern. I love also the afternoon tea/coffee with traditional snack that served in the tea house. The variety of coffee/tea as well as the snack was satisfied our palate that missed food from Indonesia. Thank you
