This hotel always incridible and I'm always go here.

The check-in time was very late like LATE. I understand that the hotel was full that day, however my family already came a little later (30 mins later than the initial check-in time) and they still need to wait for about 1 hour to get the room. It 's very irritating because there was a baby and yet we weren't prioritized. The staff did apologize for that, but, still, it 's not a good experience.

Room was not ready when I entered, the chair was on the table upside down and cushion also was not set. I was thinking this is not usual. But OK. No problem, later in the bath room I found the bath room drainage/filter instead on its place on the floor, it was on the table near the washbowl and for me it 's disgusting (I can see hair on it from previous customer). I asked the front desk to fix it up, and the officer already said sorry for it. Unfortunately the problem continued, when I used the bathroom it came out that the drainage is not normal, it 's clogged. So I have to make my shower quicker before the water overflowed and make the whole bathroom flooded. I never make complaint about hotel room before but this one is too much, I will never go back to this hotel again.
