We were given room with bad smell of cigarette at toilet. It took quite long to get a replacement room. Toilet bowl almost broke down. Poor maintenance. Not adhere to Ibis quality worldwide

the service and the hotel staff are very friendly. clean. fast response. the uncomfortable car parking. the valet parking area is far. the car is parked very close. the car is parked with the AC on.

New Year's Eve at this hotel, the service is very good even though it's crowded but the service is still okay. All staff are helpful, the room is clean and surprisingly you can watch fireworks from the room window! Thanks Ibis Gading Serpong

1. Toiletries are not available in the bathroom. Must ask and be responded to and delivered quickly. 2. During the New Year on January 1st past 12 midnight, the room access card cannot be used and this also happens in other rooms. Next must be anticipated and prepared properly. 3. Overall okay, the staff is friendly and fast to date.
