The room is good size for me who is travelling alone for work. It is clean and neat. Probably just one issue, the amenities are minimum. Need to improve more.

Very nice & strategic hotel. Close to simpang lima & many street stall selling various foods. Lucky, we stayed during 2nd hotel anniversary and won 1 night classic room, so unbelievable. Thank You, we definitely will come back.

I text them before I'm checking in to send me iron and iron board into my room at 05.30 AM. However they did not deliver them. They set up perforated towel for me? Seriously? And I would like to use water heater, and turns out there so many spot. I am so upset.
