Stay at JAE was great. It offers a tranquil experience of staying in the woods with beautifully decorated cabin. The best part is of course the private jacuzzi, of which the hot water is always on. However, access to the location is not so great, particularly at night as it can be pitch black, and the gradient of the slope is very steep. But the location itself is rather peaceful, albeit with no special view such as city view (only view to the woods/garden). Regarding the fly disturbance, the hotel has provided ample notification, and when we stayed there it was not that many flies around so it was okay. The staff were kind and very helpful; We accidentally left our stuff (snack) in the room after we checked out and moved to the city area, and the staff were kind enough to help bring the stuff to our place. They also let us know that one of our snack were taken by the monkeys (yes there are monkeys around!) But we are fine with that. The food itself is okay, especially considering the price is still modest for a hotel restaurant. Some things to improve: insect controls, maintenance of the cabin itself (some flooring has chipped and the doors are hard to open); And it would be better if the hotel, either on its own or cooperating with surrounding venues, can provide a variety of activities, as the hotel itself can be considered a mini resort due to the remoteness from the city. As for now, there is not much activities available other than enjoying the place itself. Overall, JAE was great and we enjoyed our stay. Although, we'll surely plan ahead to ensure that we go up to the place during daytime (last time we went up there at nighttime due to delayed flight, and using motorbike it can be a very difficult ride at night due to the slope and no lightings on the way!).

Refreshing unique place and architecture for long stay and retreat. For short visit it's a bit remote from the city centre considering road condition and sloppy landscape.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation totally amazing and incredibly. I don't know if there is any way to fix the access to the accommodation. Hopefully can back to this amazing accommodation ❤️

We had a pleasant stay though they should renovate the place and change the furniture and towels. You can see mold on plafonds and curtains. Other than that, we love the hot tub in Saga 3 and the calm surroundings. The breakfast were also nice, their pisang goreng is our favourite. It is also easy to contact the front desk and order food via whatsapp.

To be honest worry about house fly that others visitors write on review but they did a job to minimize it. But the breakfast under the expection, very few choice and very average foods. For the room rate price is not worth it food.

Very clean rooms, good view, very good shower & bathroom. Very comfortable beds, very nice owners. Decoration of room nice. We would stay here again.
