Staycation at Jatiluhur Valley Resort is really worth it! The place is so cool, surrounded by nature lakes and mountains that make you relax. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the view is amazing. The food is delicious, the staff is also super friendly. The kids also really enjoyed playing in the pool and play area. I will definitely come back here if I have the chance!

overall it's good, the breakfast is good. the coffee is good but, the building has lots of water spots. the annoying thing is the water heater is broken, there's no hot water. the tap is leaking and full of ants

Good environment, friendly and very helpful hotel staff, I stayed at the grand deluxe but when I arrived I found a lot of ants in the bathroom area and the entrance, but after reporting to the hotel they immediately came to the room and cleaned it by spraying it until it was clean. And until I went home there were no more complaints about ants. I think it's natural because my room has a lot of trees but it's good that the hotel has anticipated it. Hopefully in the future there will be no more complaints like that. When I ordered dinner via room service it also took a long time, about 3 hours to wait, but maybe because of the rainy weather and many people staying so the restaurant was busy and full. Hopefully it will be better in the future, which will definitely come back again someday. Always success

The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms are pleasant, and the bathroom amenities are complete, including a hair dryer (which is very important to me because it makes it easier not to bring one from home). My family enjoyed spending time at the pool since our room was right in front of it. Overall, my stay here was enjoyable. However, I think the breakfast menu could be improved; The selection is not very varied, and the taste needs enhancement. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back here because the hotel location is easy to reach, located in the Jatiluhur Reservoir area, and not far from Jakarta making it very suitable for a short escape from the city.

The bungalow we stayed in was called Bougenville, separate from the hotel area but not far, about 100 meters and you can park your car in front of it. Beyond expectation, as soon as you open the door you are greeted by the cool breeze of the AC in the living room. That night we turned off the AC because it was very cold even though the temperature had been raised.

(+) Electric stove plus Teflon, gallon water, large refrigerator, glasses
(+) Toilet amenities, towels all 6 packages plus slippers
(+) Good lighting, there is also a night light
(+) Free breakfast with a fairly varied menu for 6 people and children 50k up to 7 years old
(+) Free access to the gym, billiards and karaoke
(-) Far from snack places so you need to prepare sufficient logistics
(-) Hot water in the bathtub only comes out for a moment, the rest is normal temperature

The staff's friendliness is good, my family and I stayed at JVR yesterday, but there were some unfortunate things such as: the water on the bathroom floor could not flow directly into the drain, so the water pooled and made the floor slippery, there were some guests who dried their clothes and underwear in front of the room's fence, there was still dirt in the room from previous guests, for example, hair that fell out was not cleaned properly.

Overall, I'm satisfied staying here, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, so I don't get bored on vacation here because it's close to tourist attractions, you can see the lake and there's a waterboo too, basically I really enjoy vacationing in Jati Luhur, even though I'm originally from Purwakarta, but I rarely go there.
