When I go to Surabaya, I always stay at JW Marriott, because the rooms at this hotel are always clean, the service is very good, especially Mr. Jefry who always looks after my room, he is a very friendly person and it is always clean.

The view is great, the room facilities, bathroom, parking and food are also good. All staff are very helpful and super duper friendly. From getting off at the lobby there is someone to handle it until the check-in process is complete. There is also a shuttle to Tunjungan Plaza.
