The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, and the cleaning service is clear.

The room is comfortable, the toiletries are cool, the staff and security guards are also agile and friendly, but the food is not very varied.

If you look at it from the room, it's okay, it's really 5 star, but when you look at the parking lot, there's only 1 elevator and it's so cute, even the hotel sign is so cute, I don't know why it got 5 stars on traveloka

The hotel is not as shown in the photo, the hotel is scary, I checked in and immediately checked out, I had already paid 1.5 million, I let it go rather than being scared.

I'm on a staycation with the kiddos on 19-20 September 2023, booking an edge suite room. Because you see the spacious room with a nice bathtub. But when I checked in, I just received news that the lift was down and repairs were being made. Because the hotel only has 1 lift access so use the stairs. Here I am still okay even though my 8 year old child is a little shocked because to enter the hotel room we use the exit stairs from the basement. It's a bit of a treat for the kiddos to be disappointed when they enter the large and spacious room. In the morning I was telephoned that I couldn't have breakfast at the restaurant and use the pool because there was filming going on there. Here I was disappointed again because I had to have breakfast in my room and the kids had to wait to use the pool. And the last thing that makes me super disappointed. When you want to take a shower using the bathroom and bathtub, the water suddenly becomes dirty and cloudy. And I had to wait again and in the end I was loaned another room to shower. Please. This staycation experience really didn't make me comfortable. Bad!

The room is spacious, suitable for couples because it's open space 😁. Free wifi & pay TV, breakfast even though it's not a buffet but it's good enough to be delivered to the room. Welcome drink, great. There is a bar & swimming pool on the rooftop. The front office to the back office team are friendly & helpful. Next time try the bar 😋

I really enjoy my staycation here, everything is great, room very big (maybe up to 5-6 people), double aircon, smart TV (watch Netflix), big 2 sofa, sound system. Nice lobby, not a really big hotel, but it was cozy, rooftop swimming pool also nice, rooftop cafe/live music, and off course Kemang area was good area, hope can stay here again next time, thanks traveloka and Kemang icon

Love staying here, even though the furniture is a bit old and some may not be good, but it's comfortable to stay here.

The room is very spacious. In front there is a work desk and a living room and kitchen. The middle of the toilet and bathtub. The end of the bed and dressing table.

The rooms are nice, spacious, the service is very good, the breakfast is delicious.

Not Recommended. The room was not clean and smelly, table glass was broken, the wooden partition board that divides the bathroom was cracked, no rubbish bin, there were only 2 drinking waters and it seems it 's been a while. TV was small. In general the room was not comfort.

A very nice place to get out of our routines. Easy access and close to high density commercial area but when we go inside the room it’s very quiet.
