The room was a bit cramped, the lift had problems and the exhaust was broken so the smell of the toilet could be felt in the room

The receptionist are friendly, but I cannot reach the service room, operator, and receptionist via telephone call from the room, wanna order some food but there's no person who answered my call, been call for many times with different extension but no one answered the call.
