Had a super late check in but the staff were very polite. Perfect place to stay for the night. The breakfast also great. Definitely will come again.

It has a great design, very instagrammable. Small room because they use the 40feet container, but very well designed. Breakfast is perfect, you should try the croissant with chicken. And the coffee. Due to the covid, they don't provide buffet breakfast. Parking space is very limited, especially for those who hate valet parking. Good location, nice weather, too bad we can't open the window. I don't think this hotel is fun enough for the kids though. Just not enough space. Perfect for a couple to gateaway.

Comfortable well-designed hotel. Breakfast is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Good option to spend last day in Bandung before we came back to Jakarta, as it’s close to Pasteur toll gate. Definitely recommended!

Clean, spacious and comfy room! bed and pillows are super comfortable with good quality materials. But since the room was next to the main road, it was quite noisy at night. I couldn't sleep at night due to the loud noise. I wish the hotel install double glass windows to increase comfort.

I had pleasant experience when stayed at Kollektiv, the design was amazing, exterior, interior, and also the most important the room it self. I can't ask for more, the hotel was amazing. Sure will be back here soon!

Uniquely well-designed hotel. The superior double room is clean and compact, comfortable bed and pillows, all amenities needed are provided and function well. All staff are friendly and always ready to give a hand. Keep up the good work!

I checked in at 9 pm, but there was no security to direct me to the hotel lobby..
The check-in and checkout process was fast, but it was a shame that the room was dusty and smelled of sewers, then I asked for air freshener and it was not bad for that smell.

Nice ambiance. The room space is a bit lacking, but because there are only two of us, it is enough. The surrounding environment is quite okay. Because it is right on the side of the road, it is a bit noisy from the sound of vehicles, but for the friendliness of the staff, breakfast, it is okay. The hotel concept is also new and quite relaxing.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the room to be decent for the price. Due to its location next to the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night, though my earplugs helped mitigate that issue.
The food service, however, left much to be desired. For dinner, I ordered room service and ended up waiting over an hour. When I called to confirm my order, the receptionist was clearly surprised and asked who had received my order before—making me think that they may have forgotten to prepare it in the first place. Breakfast options were also disappointing, with little variety over the two days. Additionally, my eggs order was mixed up—I’m lactose intolerant and had specifically requested eggs with mushrooms and onions, but they came out with cheese.
Overall, while the room was acceptable and the noise manageable, the food service and breakfast offerings need significant improvement.
