Had a super late check in but the staff were very polite. Perfect place to stay for the night. The breakfast also great. Definitely will come again.

It has a great design, very instagrammable. Small room because they use the 40feet container, but very well designed. Breakfast is perfect, you should try the croissant with chicken. And the coffee. Due to the covid, they don't provide buffet breakfast. Parking space is very limited, especially for those who hate valet parking. Good location, nice weather, too bad we can't open the window. I don't think this hotel is fun enough for the kids though. Just not enough space. Perfect for a couple to gateaway.

Comfortable well-designed hotel. Breakfast is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Good option to spend last day in Bandung before we came back to Jakarta, as it’s close to Pasteur toll gate. Definitely recommended!

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the room to be decent for the price. Due to its location next to the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night, though my earplugs helped mitigate that issue.
The food service, however, left much to be desired. For dinner, I ordered room service and ended up waiting over an hour. When I called to confirm my order, the receptionist was clearly surprised and asked who had received my order before—making me think that they may have forgotten to prepare it in the first place. Breakfast options were also disappointing, with little variety over the two days. Additionally, my eggs order was mixed up—I’m lactose intolerant and had specifically requested eggs with mushrooms and onions, but they came out with cheese.
Overall, while the room was acceptable and the noise manageable, the food service and breakfast offerings need significant improvement.

The hotel ambience is so nice, everything is good. Even the breakfast taste so good. The staff also friendly. Will be back again everytime in Bandung

Kollektiv is one of my favorite hotels in Bandung, the room is modern and clean, but rather small. Still bigger than nice hotels in Singapore though. The shower was not standing upright, and the closet lid could not open properly in room 409 so maybe they should fix that. The check-in was easy and we could drop our bags before the check-in time. The price was quite expensive but okay since it was around Nataru holiday. The location is far from the city center and the surroundings were very dark and quiet during night. We were about to buy some mineral water at night but the nearest convenience store was like 500m away. We walked halfway and decided to go back since it was so scary for 2 girls to walk in that condition. The complimentary breakfast was also very proper compared to the other 3 star hotels. If you bring a car, there is a lot of parking space available. The hotel has a cafe called Hara that is open for public that is very nice. The also have a clean mushola if you just plan to stop by the cafe. Love it and will come back for sure!

Our stay here was very meaningful. Nice and beautiful hotel, friendly staff and good food! The staff even packed the breakfast for us because we need to leave early morning. We will def come back!
Suggestion: make a room with bathtub please hehe
