Had a super late check in but the staff were very polite. Perfect place to stay for the night. The breakfast also great. Definitely will come again.

It has a great design, very instagrammable. Small room because they use the 40feet container, but very well designed. Breakfast is perfect, you should try the croissant with chicken. And the coffee. Due to the covid, they don't provide buffet breakfast. Parking space is very limited, especially for those who hate valet parking. Good location, nice weather, too bad we can't open the window. I don't think this hotel is fun enough for the kids though. Just not enough space. Perfect for a couple to gateaway.

Comfortable well-designed hotel. Breakfast is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Good option to spend last day in Bandung before we came back to Jakarta, as it’s close to Pasteur toll gate. Definitely recommended!

Clean, spacious and comfy room! bed and pillows are super comfortable with good quality materials. But since the room was next to the main road, it was quite noisy at night. I couldn't sleep at night due to the loud noise. I wish the hotel install double glass windows to increase comfort.

I had pleasant experience when stayed at Kollektiv, the design was amazing, exterior, interior, and also the most important the room it self. I can't ask for more, the hotel was amazing. Sure will be back here soon!

Really a pleasant staying at Kollektiv Hotel. The room is clean, the staff is nice, and the food is good. Maybe need to upgrade adding some variety for the breakfast.

Last time I stayed during peak season, the experience was very different from before, the toilet was not cleaned properly and the toilet mat was already down and wet, the breakfast menu had little variety, the only protein was eggs.

Overall everything is ok, the check-in process is fast and not complicated, the room is clean and fragrant, the AC is cold, the shower is big, the downside is that you can't access Netflix yet and the breakfast is delicious.

I checked in at 9 pm, but there was no security to direct me to the hotel lobby..
The check-in and checkout process was fast, but it was a shame that the room was dusty and smelled of sewers, then I asked for air freshener and it was not bad for that smell.
