The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in are fast and simple, I have been to this hotel for many times if I wanted to stay in BSD area, in conclusion, recommended for a 3stars hotel! It’s perfect for both business travelers and those looking to enjoy the city’s vibrant nightlife. With easy access to AEON Mall, The Breeze, and other attractions, it’s very convenient for guests. 🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness The Superior Twin Room was clean and neatly arranged upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall room ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained. Despite being a smoking room, there was no overpowering smoke odor, which is a plus for those who prefer fresh air indoors. ❄️ Air Conditioning The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout my stay. This was especially important considering the warm weather outside. 🛎️ Service & Facilities The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room not well prepared, the remote TV not functional, already complaint but no solution, pillow only 2 for 2 bed, other room 4 pillow for 2 bed, room smoke feel from AC, downstandard?

Overall it was good, the location's right next to Teras Kota. The staffs were friendly, and the cleanliness's good. I'd return to this place in the future. Thank you
